Problem: In 2013, I took control over the Google Adwords account for the JDCA. Despite getting 10,000 free ad dollars a month thanks to a google non-profit grant, our Adwords barely brought in 40 people a month.
Yes, you read that right.
Objective: Find a way to utilize Google Adwords and all of the free advertising we were being allotted.
Solution: Re-write the copy to all Ads in Google Adwords, in addition to creating 20 keyword categories for different targets, each filled with 20-30 keywords.
Results: My changes brought us up to 6,000 clicks a month. In 2015, we averaged between 7,000 and 9,000 per month.
