Rebranding an Org
Known primarily as a Rankings organization (pull stuff from our TOC that we gave to other marketing companies).
JUST Capital needed to change. And as part of that change, i was put in charge of leading an entire visual overhaul for the brand, leading the team to completely remake the website around JUST Intelligence, our new flagship product, completely overhaul our visual identiy (logo, colors, fonts), brand assets (newsletter designs, email signatures, social look + feel), and internal docs (PPTS, etc.)
On February 17th, we’d be debuting a new look, a new logo, a completely new product-centered website WITH a radically revamped product, AND have to pull together a marketing/launch plan for getting companies to sign up for demos of the new product.
And we had to get it done in 4 months.

Step 1: Hiring a Team
Hired Brooklyn Brothers with tight turnaround. Rather than have them build the website itself, we wanted them to design the entire thing in a full body mock-up, and then the tech team and I would help create it. This would keep cost down, allow us to deal with the troubleshooting.
